Due to the instant-access digital nature of our e-books, workout guides, and other downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased digital content, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
2.2. Online Fitness Programs
For our structured online fitness programs:
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 25% of the program content
- All refund requests must include the reason for dissatisfaction
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
2.3. Subscription Services
For our subscription-based services (such as premium content access or app subscriptions):
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the initial subscription or renewal
- Free trial conversions: If you subscribed after a free trial period, no refund will be provided for the first billing cycle

3. Physical Products
For physical products such as fitness equipment, merchandise, or other tangible items:
- You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees)
- Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
4. Coaching and Consultation Services
4.1. Personal Training Sessions
For personal training or one-on-one coaching sessions:
- Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice: Full refund or rescheduling option
- Cancellation with 24-48 hours' notice: 50% refund or rescheduling option
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund
In cases of emergency or illness, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
4.2. Custom Fitness Plans
For custom fitness or nutrition plans:
- Before preparation begins: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
- After initial consultation but before final delivery: 50% refund
- After delivery of the final plan: No refund
Instead of a refund, you may request one round of revisions to the delivered plan within 14 days of receipt.
5. Events and Workshops
For fitness events, workshops, or seminars:
- Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform services or provide refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.
